Sounds to me like your running on win Xp or 2k and that the pop up you need to read is hiding behind the Splash screen. Try right clicking the exe in the mod folder then click the compatibility tab and set it to win 95-98 If that dosnt do it then yeah you did something wrong cause the mod works and has been verified many more times than once. good luck.

Hi Jayblade, thanks for your answer. Yes, I'm running XP, and even when I follow your instructions, it doesn't work ?!?! I really don't understand... I followed your advice and it still doesn't work... Splash screen again and again... I don't think I did something wrong, I follow the install and nothing suspect happens... Maybe XP updates (such as service pack 2) are responsible of this dysfunction... I'm soooooooooo disapointed. I wanna ride those great cars!

If your other mods work try borrowing an exe from one of them see if that helps. Do you have the game installed on the C: drive in the default folders? what patch are you running? Search the forums i seem to remember someone else having a simalar problem (May have lost that with the old forums) . Also check the forums at www.texasspeedracing.com maybe someone there has a suggestion.
