I remember a few people mentioned that they had sound problems when running Heat (and possibly even other games). I think it was Air that would even loose sound coming out of pits or something. I'm not sure if this would help, but it sure is worth a look. Guru3D Forum & PCI Latency Tool 2.0

Hey Jim,thanks for the info............... The sound problem that I have is ONLY related to heat and it's mods.Not going to futz with it at this time,but thanks for the link.................

No problem Air Strange the sound problem you have is only related to Heat. Do you have the problem with Heat itself and all mods or just certain ones?

It seems to be related to older games......... Got the problem with heat,the only mod I'm runnin is the MCO mod but use to have it with VTA............ Also sometimes in viper............ Air

I'm sure you've tried changing all kinds of settings already. Especially any pertaining to your sound card.
